Member Agent

We are looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Member Agent to join our Operations team. This full-time position encompasses both customer service and administrative responsibilities in our exciting, energetic workspace that serves as the professional base for five hundred member entrepreneurs, engineers, and designers working in advanced technologies. This position is ideal for a recent college graduate seeking to work in a highly collaborative and multidisciplinary environment—with preferred consideration to those who studied or have experience in hospitality. Crucial to this role are strong organizational skills, a talent for clear communication, a strong sense of being a team player, the ability to think critically, a sense of hospitality, attention to detail, and a willingness to help. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within the organization.

The New Lab Member Agent is an important public-facing position, as this role serves as the first point of contact for outside visitors coming to our space, and a reliable, trusted asset for the New Lab community. The Member Agent engages with and supports New Lab members, visitors, and stakeholders, as well as the events and special programming happening on-site. The Member Agent is a key part of our team, and reports directly to our Director of Time & Space, who oversees all New Lab operations.
