Entrepreneur-in-Residence, Memory Loss Diagnostics


Brooklyn, NY

Newlab is seeking an Entrepreneur-in-Residence to lead the development of a new concept out of its Venture Studio focused on dementia data and diagnostics. Newlab is working with an industry partner who provides imaging biomarkers to leading pharma companies including Merck and Janssen that enable the study of novel therapies targeting neurodegenerative diseases. As a result of their work, Newlab's partner has access to large swaths of imaging data plus deep industry access. They believe there is an opportunity to improve the management of dementia by leveraging medical guidelines and longitudinal patient data.

Chief Business Officer

Newlab is seeking a Chief Business Officer to lead the Business Development functions at Newlab. In this role the CBO will lead all efforts related to corporate & government partnerships through our Innovation & Venture Studio products. This role will report to the CEO of Newlab and be a key member of the Newlab Leadership Team developing and executing our long term strategy and vision for the business. With a keen eye on the innovation and R&D needs of potential clients, this leader will guide the processes and strategy on connecting our Innovation & Venture Studio offerings with the appropriate external partners. They will develop the team, tools and strategy to successfully negotiate a high volume of long term, quality partnerships with corporate and government bodies alike to utilize our various product solutions to expand their innovation and R&D efforts.
