Leasing Manager

With Newlab experiencing a significant increase in activity across all business lines, Newlab is seeking a Leasing Manager to be responsible for the membership sales cycle: forecasting, negotiating and closing deals. The demand for a Leasing Manager is growing as Newlab continues to grow; our occupancy in Brooklyn continuously beats both national and local market averages, and we plan on opening a location in Detroit in 2022, with other potential expansion sites on the horizon. As a result, Newlab will be adding a key role to support the Strategic Finance team to help execute the sales process across existing and new locations to help drive Newlab’s continued exponential expansion.
Partnerships Intern

The Curator

The Brand Team is seeking an extraordinary individual to be the first ‘curator’ for Newlab’s second flagship location in Detroit’s Book Depository Building, opening this fall as a part of Ford’s $1B mobility innovation district, Michigan Central. In this pioneering role, the Curator would be responsible for leading the design, curation, and execution of all experiences and programming at our Detroit location focused on fostering community, learning, and inspiration. The brief is simple—to enhance the connection between our brand and the Newlab Detroit collective by designing, creating, and executing a series of dynamic events and experiences.
Senior Accountant
Brooklyn, NY/Flexible
Reporting to the Controller, this position is responsible for supporting key business operational functions, namely the month-end and annual close processes, preparing financial statements in compliance with GAAP, the financial statement audit and recurring accounting tasks. Crucial to this role are strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, a strong sense of being a team player, and the ability to think critically. This position has a significant growth trajectory with increasing responsibilities.

Vice President, Partnerships

The Vice President, Partnerships will be an integral leader within the Business org, responsible for systematically scaling revenue growth across our four lines of business. The Vice President, Partnerships reports to the Chief Business Officer.
Vice President, Products and Programs

The Vice President of Products and Programs will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and oversee a portfolio of Innovation Studio offerings launched and operated from Newlab’s growing activity in Uruguay that we deliver to our important stakeholders in the LATAM region and across the globe.
Program Manager

Newlab is seeking a Program Manager to join the Products and Programs team to support the delivery of Newlab’s Innovation studios. This role will report to a Program Director and operate specific innovation programs and offerings we deliver to stakeholders including: startups and entrepreneurs, corporate partners, government agencies and academic institutions.
